Privacy policy

This page explains what information integrated-lighting.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Vialex Hellas (VIALEX), which is responsible for your information.
Armodiou 26, Agios Dimitrios, 17343 Attica, Greece · 210 9731940 · vialex.hellas@gmail.com
2. When you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name and phone number. You can also give your email, profession, project type, a message and your choices in the project steps (application, length, control, project status, installation, colour).
We use these details to answer you, prepare an offer and carry out any work you ask for.
Your enquiry is delivered to our Gmail mailbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. If that is unavailable it goes through FormSubmit, then our own mail script on this site's server, and finally your own email app.
3. How we count visits
We run our own visit counter on this site's server. It uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses.
It records the page and language, the website or campaign you came from, your type of device, operating system, browser, browser language, time zone and screen width, how long you stayed and how far you scrolled, and what you used (for example call, email or WhatsApp, or starting or sending the form, with the topic of the enquiry).
To tell visitors apart for one day it makes a coded value from your IP address, your browser and a secret that is replaced every day, so a visitor cannot be followed from one day to the next.
4. Google Analytics and cookies
We also use Google Analytics, a Google service. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. They can last up to two years unless you clear them.
If you decline or do not choose, Google still receives a basic visit signal without cookies. We use no advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page. Your browser keeps that choice on your device, and briefly remembers your place on the page when you switch language.
5. If we contacted you about our work
We may contact architects, designers, installers, furniture makers and other professionals about GlowFrame LED. We find business contact details in public business directories and on businesses' own websites, and use them only to introduce our work.
If you do not want to hear from us, reply “Remove” (Διαγραφή) or call us. We will stop and take your details off our list.
Links in our emails carry a general campaign tag. It shows that a visit came from that mailing, not who you are.
6. Who else handles information
Papaki hosts this site. Like any web server, it may keep short technical logs such as IP address, time and page requested.
Web3Forms and FormSubmit deliver enquiries. Google provides our Gmail mailbox and Google Analytics.
Some of these companies work outside the European Union, so information may be processed there. We do not sell your information.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook take you to those services, and their own privacy rules apply.
7. Why we may use your information
Enquiries: to take the steps you ask for before a contract, to carry out a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Visit counter and server logs: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Business records: our duties under tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries: for as long as it takes to deal with them and any work that follows, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Contact lists for professionals: until you ask us to stop or we no longer need them.
Visit counter: kept as statistics, with no names or contact details.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, limit how we use it or pass it to you in a portable form, and object to its use. Write to vialex.hellas@gmail.com or call 210 9731940.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
